About Me
I have had the opportunity to experience diverse areas having lived in the following States: Colorado, Minnesota, Nevada, North Carolina and Pennsylvania. I even called Syndey, Australia home for several years. I have lived in big cities and quiet rural locations. Between this and my work experience, I have a good knowledge of a wide variety of business markets.
I graduated from Appalachian State University, in Boone, North Carolina, with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a concentration in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. My first job after graduation became my passion and career.
For twenty-three years, I worked in the surveys department of one of the largest Employer Associations in the country and was manager of that department for the last ten years. Over those years, I have created and maintained many professional compensation and personnel/benefits surveys, as well as quick market research surveys. Part of this work included collecting the data, as well as analyzing the data and interpreting the results of the compiled information. Customer services has always been one of my top priorities. I have a proven track record of quickly understanding my customers’ needs and timely delivering beneficial and meaningful information to assist customers in achieving their desired results.
